Taking A Ride Chicago Motorcycle Learning Class
Ride Chicago motorcycle lessons are designed to provide students of all skill levels with the instruction they need to achieve their goals. By combining a multimedia classroom experience with more on-bike training than any other motorcycle riding school in the state, Ride Chicago offers the most comprehensive educational experience available. We have riding locations in both Chicago and the West Suburbs to serve you.
No Bike. No Problem. Ride Chicago provides motorcycles of all sizes up to 250cc's, helmets and gloves for all road sessions. Our private, off-street site allows riders to develop their confidence aboard a bike in a controlled environment. We want to see Chicago Ride! For customers seeking to ride a scooter in Chicago, we have scooters of all sizes available for training and licensing that will allow you to become confident and legal!
Basic Licensing Class - $225-$325
Our most popular class. This course covers a wide array of motorcycling skills over two days of instruction. We have Chicago Motorcycle Riding , West Suburbs Motorcycle Riding Insurance Discounts: Many insurance companies offer discounts if you have completed our class!

Scooter - $175
Scooters are a cool and fun economical source of transportation. Get moving safely and obtain your license with proper Chicago scooter instructional class.
Onsite Licensing - $40
All graduates are offered the opportunity to take their licensing test at our site. Ninety percent of Ride Chicago students go on to pass the exam!
**After graduating, call or email the office to reserve your test date! Testing can book out up to 7 days in advance in busy months!
Intermediate Training - $125
This class is for licensed riders looking to take their riding to the next level! Space is extremely limited! 2013: June 9, June 29, July 13, Aug 17, Sept 7th.

Feeling a bit rusty? Graduates of Ride Chicago can come back and repeat Day 2 of training for only $95! Be confident before hitting the streets!

Oil Change and Service - $125

Scooter Rentals

Private Instruction- $60
Private instruction is available to graduates of the Basic Licensing Class seeking to fine tune specific skills. 2 hour Minimum.

DMV testing (off site)
Friday Off site testing : $150 We meet you at DMV West: 5301 W Lexington (off 290 West of the city) with a Honda Rebel or Nighthawk 250cc. Prepaid appointment only, generally you can get 10-15 minutes warm up on site ( although not on the direct testing box) Typically done Friday Mornings @ 9am which are usually the least crowded! Each test takes up to 3 hours.

Ride Chicago has three locations and offers classes seven days a week.
Select a location and the two consecutive days you wish to ride.
Attend your classroom session.
Classroom is typically held one evening before the riding sessions.
We also offer a Tuesday morning and occasional Saturday morning classroom sessions.
Enjoy two consecutive days of riding at our course!
Licensing tests for our graduates are held at our sites Wednesdays and select Thursday mornings
SCHEDULE CONFLICTS?
If you cannot attend an assigned classroom session, feel free to sign up for the class. Then notify us one week in advance to discuss your options. Classroom sessions are held either Tuesday mornings, Wednesday or Thursday evenings. (Varies seasonally)
